How soon after I register can I start?

As soon as you register you'll have access to everything you need.

Do I need equipment?

You need to have some kind of resistance training because that’s the key to speeding up your metabolism, sculpting lean muscle and keeping the muscle you already have. You'll need a pair of light dumbbells and resistance bands to start.

Do I need a gym membership?

No! This is a fully home-based program. You won't need to join a gym.

Can I view the workouts on my TV?

There are a few ways to view your workouts on your TV:

  • Visit on your TV browser

  • Connect your laptop via HDMI

How do I access my meal plan after I join?

After you submit your payment details, you'll be forwarded to the members area. Select any of the monthly schedules, scroll down and select 'resources'. You can download all your guides there.

Can I eat carbs on this plan?

Yes you can and definitely should eat carbs. I'll educate you on how to add carbs into your diet without messing up your progress.

Do I have to spend a lot of money on food?

No! As long as you eat mostly real foods which will keep you satisfied for longer, you could end up spending less money on food. You'll start to be in tune with your body and understand when you're actually hungry rather than having cravings.

I have a special diet, will this work for me?

Yes. We have members with different diets and who live all over the world. You can adapt the food choices to work wherever you live.

How do i cancel?

If you don’t want to continue, you can cancel your membership at any time. Follow the prompts to cancel on the Billing page, and your membership will not renew. Please note that there aren’t refunds for partially unused membership periods.
