How soon after I join can I start?

As soon as you register you'll have access to classes and programs.

Do I need any equipment?

Some of our workouts can be done without any equipment, but we recommend dumbbells, resistance bands, a kettlebell and steps board. More information on the correct equipment will be included in your starter guide.

Does this come with a meal plan?

Yes! You'll receive a 28-day meal plan when you become a member or subcribe to a monthly challenge.
