How does Afrifitness work?
Afrifitness makes it easy for women to workout without leaving their home.
We create fun workout challenges every month which include exercises that require only a few equipment.
Some of our workouts are also no-equipment workouts so you can get started right away.
On Afrifitness Extra, we have a library of pver 100 workouts and 5 programs to help you achieve your fitness goals.
Working out alone can be boring so we've created a daily support group to hold you accountable.
How soon after I join can I start?
As soon as you register you'll have access to all workouts, challenges and programs.
What type of workouts can I do?
We have 5 different classes including dance, HIIT, resistance training, steps and abs.
How do i get support?
We support Sweat Sisters with a daily support group on Telegram. This is where you can ask questions, connect with other Sweat Sisters and follow the program with others.
Does this come with a meal plan?
We offer an amazing meal planner app for paid members. The app makes it really easy for you to create a personalised meal plan in minutes.
Do I need any equipment?
Some of our workouts can be done without any equipment, but we recommend dumbbells, resistance bands, a kettlebell and steps board. More information on the correct equipment will be included in your starter guide.
